I am not sure I completely understand your question.??? Do you mean where can you download textures already used in the game? Or where can you download a program to make new textures?

Excellent point.  Just because I know what his next questions will be, does someone have a link on how to use Wally? Hint: Second post.
Also - I'm not seeing bullets... just [] and a plus between them.

Oh.  I wonder if Jitspoe knows that bullets don't work in IE6 or 7....
I can see them at home in FF2
