Title: clan tag problem

I started the FM clan. so im pretty sure i can say who is allowed to use my tag, right? wrong. apparently i cant allow myself to use it. wtf? it kicked me from my OWN server, saying i wasnt allowed to use my OWN clan tag. help plz.

Did you register everything correctly for the global login? In other words, did you register the clan, and add yourself to the members list?

If you create the clan then you shouldn't have to add yourself; you should automatically be a leader.

If you're going to use your tag make sure you're using your registered name after it.

but can i make my registration name with symbols so i can make my game name with symbols and with the tag cause u must have the same name as a registration name?

For the game name, only the letters and numbers matter.  If you want, you can put it in the same way you have it in-game, but the non-alphanumeric characters will just get stripped out.  Other characters matter for the tag, but colors don't.  Also, symbols get translated to the closest looking ASCII character.  For example a splat becomes a *.
