Title: How do i create a multiplayer map that my friends can join?

I tried creating the map but my friends cant find it on the server lists. Why?

or just create a map and give your friends your ip so they can join by typing connect <ip> in the console

Your friends can not join if you just start a server by clicking Start New Game.

I thought they could trough the ip..my bad

Don't know I never tried it from my house but I know it wouldn't work at school.

Try it and see if it works.

Edit: I completely contradicted myself. :)
