Title: Autobalance

I was wondering if there was cvar_setting or anything for the server to make teams stay even. It seemingly happens every game, the noobs automatically jump over to the dominant team until its like 14-6. I know we can kick these players but, I want to play not admin teams and make sure they stay balance. Thanks for any help on this issue

No there is not a cvar setting for this however it has been talked about in Great Feature Vote Thread of 2007 (http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?topic=5060.560). So go vote for it there.
