this was at the beginning of a map. i dont know what it means.

It's just a command that you type in console that kicks you for "trying to cheat".  These commands have been around for quite a while.

It's a server-side command I believe. I think it is g_autorecord 0 (for off).

Those are some old checks to keep people from disabling things like smoke in Quake2.  It's not possible to disable them in the standalone, so that kick doesn't really mean anything.
