does real one player work when playing paintball? and if not is there a way i can make it? i like to listen to music when i play makes my game better.

Try unchecking "maximum performance" as that cuts off all other sound.  And, eww, real player?  That's like the worst piece of software to ever go mainstream.

i use real one player its the newest one and from what i can see the best out there. at least i like it.
