http://dpball.com/files/mapmaking/ should have what you need.  I've never mapped with QuArK, so I can't help you much beyond that.

Awesome thanks,, now another question for anyone using quark for dpball... What do i need to do about the colormap and texture directories?

I'm not sure if quark supports jpegs.  If not, grab the BSP pack which contains all the .wal files.  The colormap.pcx is in the pball/pics subdirectory of wherever you have paintball2 installed.

Quark in my choice is much better than bsp its easier to use it has more capabilities and more than what bsp has.  Although configuring it is hard and i uninstalled it and i dont remember how i configured the textures and i never got the compilers working.
BSP is probably just as hard to set except its already set up and on the site.
