Title: cannot install

I tried downloading DPB 2 Build 19 twice and everytime this is what is comes up:

"The Installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus. You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy. It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED)"

how do i do the switch? Im running Windows XP Professional. Please Help.

Do you know which sf.net mirror you downloaded it from?  I'm wondering if one of them is corrupt.

I was thinking about that also... I've yet to find one though...
