How would I know what you think it is?  Why do you keep asking such ridiculous questions?

I think it either has something to do with flood protection or is an internal variable not meant to be modified.

It's ridiculous because our communication barrier is large enough without having to guess what you're thinking. ;)  That wasn't intended as a serious question.
