Hold down the Windows key on your keyboard (Between Ctrl and Alt on the left side of the space bar) and at the same time hit 'r'

When a box that says "Run" comes up, type in DxDiag.

Click the "display" tab on the window that opens and read the name in the top left box.

Are you by any chance running a Pentium 3 PC?  You don't have XP, do you?

idk i got this from my moms freind and it was a melenium then mi original xp b roke and i used that software it upgrade this one to an xp

What computer do you have? What model?

E.g. Is it a Compaq 5003 or something?
