Title: Need help ripping a streaming video
Post by: KnacK on August 29, 2007, 03:45:09 PM

Click for Video (http://mms://a372.v129443.c12944.g.vm.akamaistream.net/7/372/12944/v0001/vod.ibsys.com/2007/0418/12373269.200k.wmv)

 Actual News Piece (http://www.click2houston.com/investigates/12303442/detail.html)

THis is our simulator at work.  We had a news crew out doing a report on how easy it was to get a commercial drivers license and they wanted to see our simulator.

I've got a copy of the vid on vhs tape from the studio but they won't provide a digital copy.

If anyone could rip this from the news site I would be most grateful.

Get VLC. It can rip streams.

Edit: I tried to rip it, but the server was not responding.

It works fine, you just have to fiddle with the URL. Don't worry, I'll have it done in a minute.
