I've never had that happen.  Do you have cookies disabled or something?

Happens all the time.  If you have two or more tabs open of the forums open, and click logout on the oldest one, it will result in that error becuase the session ID is different.

e.g.

http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?action=logout;sesc=THISISAUSELESSSESSIONIDBECAUSEITWASOVERRIDDEN

I had 4 tabs and logged out on the oldest one still didn't happen to me.
