vHOW DO I MAKE A SPAWNPOINT,FLAGS AND OTHER THINGS IN THE MAP

You chose it, whatever you like to do: flag, base, info_player_deathmatch) on the entities-window (press E) an then you press "Make Entity", and there is it. After this you can click on + to add specialisations like teamnumber or something like that. Click on ? on top right in the entity window for mor help.
