Title: Anyone have an extra steam account?

I got a friend that wants to play Source or 1.6 but he cant buy the game cause he doesnt have paypal, credit card and not 18+. Wondering if anyone has an extra steam account with 1.6 or Source.

If someone would help, i would be willing to release the Crimson Elite source for the game.

He could buy the game in a store.

You need to be atleast 17 to buy it in the store, i believe. So all he needs is his mom, older siblings, or anyone over 18 for that matter to buy it for him.
