Title: I need help on my server

everytime i start a game i keep overflowing and so do the other people on my server.
i just move from left to right all the time when it happens.
please help, how can get round this problem !
thanks in advance!

EDIT: how do you take demo's? i know its a stupid thing to say but do you use fraps ect.
or is there a in built recording thing in the game?

To demo just type in console:

record <demoname>

but i still need help on this overflowing problem.
everytime i start a game or should i say a round its "msg overflowed for turbo"

turbo is my paintball name btw.

i need help, everyone overflows, even the acebots i pratice on overflow!

Linux or windows?

Are you playing on teh same pc that you have the server on?

Do you have a bunch of grens on the map?

Is it one map or all maps?

What does your netgraph look like?

Are you starting your server from withing paintball or from a command line?

windows

im playing on the same pc with my server on it

yes there are grenades

all maps

Whats netgraph?

im starting a server from the black box

netgraph 1 in console to see your net graph.
