Title: OH CRAP!!
Post by: Zorchenhimer on September 28, 2007, 06:59:13 PM
Yea, so I finally got around to trying to get the admin password for my router. Went to their website, did what they told me to do, and now my internet is busted (I'm posting from work). And I cant, for the life of me, find a contact number. I have Verizon DSL. If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it. I don't have much time to look for one before my parents find out what I accidentally did. They get back from Europe tomorrow afternoon/night.

Thanks.

It's sometimes listed on the bottom of the router. Did you try 'admin'? :P

I have the pass now. This is only because the instructions online told me to reset the thing. Which, in turn, has erased all of the info needed to connect to Verizon.

make/model of router?

Westell VersaLink 327W

All I need is the customer support phone number so I can call the people. And I cant flippin find it.
