Wow, I was just thinking this the other day at work, what stops me from seeing a name on the list and then adding it, assuming I haven't used all 3 of mine.  I wonder what is currently in place to prevent it...  Jitspoe?

There's nothing in place to prevent it, really. But there's no reason to do that other than to be an excretory opening, and it doesn't seem that the community excretory openings have enough drive to actually do that.

Thats why I never posted what names I wanted adding. After spending a day and a half in irc with the name i wanted to add, freaking out that someone (Magalhaes/Holo) would take it from me :(
