Help and Support / Computer wont start!

I've never really had computer problems.
Lastnite my computer was working fine. I left the room for about 20 minutes and came back and everything was shut off.
My mother's boyfriend turned it off. I tried turning it back on, but it seemed as if there was no sign of life. The little light in the back of the tower is green when I plug the a/c adapter in. But when I press the power button nothing happens.
What is the cause of this? Psu? Cpu? Motherboard?

I know this doesn't pertain to Dp, but I really have no other option. Google has failed me.
Anyways, I have a few problems with this router(Belkin N). I was trying to set my laptop up to the router and I came across a Problem. My laptop said that I was connected, and Had Excellent strength. But the problem is, I can't browse the net. It says the page is unavailable and all this other ****.
Now here's a NEW problem that I ran into, and if this isn't resolved... Than I'll just be two steps behind. I went onto my Routers site, And disabled DHCP like a stupid donkey. Once I did that, a box popped up in the bottom right hand corner stating I had limited to No connectivity? When I unplug my router and than Plug my Modem in Directly to my Main PC, I can use the net. But when I hook the router up, I get that Error again.
I can NO longer access that site, Unless my router is hooked up.
Any help is appreciated.

Ugh.

I was playing with shk lastnite and asked him what his left and right hand were binded to. He replied and told me that it was Z. I was curious to see how he got two binds on one key.(I know its possible... lol) Anyways, He told me that he went to Setup ---> Controls ---> Weapons. And did it from there Selecting the 'Hand Switch' thats listed there. What I don't like about that is, Say for example your Right hand, you press Z its Left hand, You press Z again, and its center hand, Press it again and its back to right.
Is there anyway Eliminating Center? SO that, its like... Right, Press Z and its left, press z and its right, etc.
If possible, can someone make it?

Well, I just watched the Oprah Winfrey show. It was basically about the economy and how people went from... Middle-Class to Homeless.
It just made me think more, and how its the worst it's ever been.
Didn't know there was tent cities. Meaning, people that had nice homes and jobs, are now sleeping in tents surrounded by other tents. There are thousands of these. Best advice would be to save as much as you can.
Is this having an effect on anyone else's life? Or a family members life?
Over 80,000 jobs have been lost. I know there's a government site somewhere, where you can request to have things done to your state... or something. Ohio is supposedly getting billions of dollars from a Stimulus Boost.
It just made me think more, and how its the worst it's ever been.

Okay, I was just wondering about the ball speed. Why was it lowered again?
I don't think its right that the ball speed is being lowered without players approval. But what Can you do, right? And no, I'm not complaining so don't jump at me. Just asking questions.
Well, I think we should have a vote to see if the active players like the current ball speed, or if they like the older high setting for the ball speed.
Recently some players have been getting less and less active without any real reason. Perhaps they're not fond of the new ball speed and have given up on trying to relearn some of the lines in the game. Not saying THAT'S the case, but could be one of the reasons, you know?
Kids can just run through lines now and what not. I understand Jitspoe want's to make this game realistic, but is strafe jumping realistic?
I'm Pretty sure there has been post on this before?

Well, this is my first time playing Dp on a different computer.
It plays a lot better. But for some reason, it won't let me edit my configs for dp. Why is that?
When i do click on it, it says that "windows cannot open this file" blahblah. And it ask whether i want to select a program from the list or use the web service. Feedback/help would be much appreciated.

Edit: Heh. I feel so stupid. All i had to do was select wordpad and it worked. You Can lock this, or delete if You'd like.
