Help and Support / Help! Command for gren burstsss

What's the command to set how many bursts a paintgren will have when you toss it? I'm starting my server back up and when I last had it running I set it to like 4000 or something like that so the grenades will continue to burst after you toss it.

For some reason,when I (or others) play at my pub server, the jumping is messed up, like it slows you down.


Can anyone help me with this?
