Hello guys,

I'm requesting to have some sort of prompt similar to the following while using DPLogin features:

Are you sure you wish to take the following action?

[Yes] [No]
This prompt could be used as a preventive measure to avoid accidentally executing unwanted actions while using DPLogin.

It should be applied to the following features of DPLogin:

Clan System: Creating Clans
Clan System: Appointing Leaders
Clan System: Kicking Clan Members
Clan System: Joining Clans
Clan System: Leaving Clans
Name System: Adding Names
Name System: Deleting Names
Etc.

Cheater Reports and Bans / Speedhack: newbie

Server- .:[NRG] Speed Gaming:.
Time- About 5 p.m EST until now.

[17:21:35] newbie entered the game (build 30) [96.233.250.118:50301]

IP also listed in-game


He was using a low setting speedhack, the demo got cut off though and the second one I recorded on air3 didn't even work for some reason.

Mapping / Texture Pack(s)?

I found ic3's texture pack from 1/6/10 but i'm getting the 404 error.

If anyone has any working download links to texture packs please place them here.

I've been searching for large mappacks for DP2 in the forum but always end up finding old threads with great maps but they always end up having broken download links.

Anyone got links tosolid large mappacks? Jump mappacks would be great as well.

Server Discussion / Am I supposed to be able to see my own server on ServerBrowser?

Just wondering if i'm supposed to be able to see my own server on the ServerBrowser list, i've got my server functioning perfectly and have multiple people in it,  and see it on the server list in-game but I can't see it when I use the ServerBrowser program.

My apologies if this is in the wrong section of the forum.

According to DPLogin in order to request a Clan Name change I need to contact an admin, so I've sent PM's to Jitspoe and KnacK on the forum requesting a clan name change but have yet to receive a response. I assume their inboxes are flooded or they have more important things to do.

Clan Name:   [TeamEnergy]
Clan Tag:   [NRG]
Clan ID:   8378

If any other capable admin is reading this, i'd like to have my clan name changed from

[TeamEnergy] to Energy

Server Discussion / [NRG] 'Speedball' Server Rotation/Discussion

I'm thinking about making a Speedball only based server rotation for recreation and was wondering if anyone can give some input into my rotation. The maps have to look and play like real life X-Ball, Air-ball and Hyper-ball maps. I already have a few maps like the following in mind:

axisubair_b1
globalwarzone (needs a .mesh file for weapons)
sairball
supair (needs a .mesh file for weapons)
wdp_xball
xball




If anyone could add on to the list please post map names or attach map files here and also include screenshots too if possible.

What is the command to prevent guns from overheating so that continuous firing is aloud?

Edit: Also another question

Is there anyway to swap out the guns/equipment you start off with in each map with commands/config editing, or is that incorporated into the .bsp file when the map was created?

Paintball 2 Discussion / Does anyone remember the name of that map?...

A Jump map, there's a castle, and when you beat it you go to the roof and there's cannons and what not.

I could of sworn it was called "castlejumping" or something like that, but I can't find it anywhere.

P.S. I apologize if this is in the wrong section, I didn't know where else to post besides "mapping" but that didn't seem right

Server Discussion / Server Trouble

I've followed this as a guide:

And forwarded my ports for my specific router with this:

After completing all instructions and forwarding my ports and allowing the DP2 port 27910 (UDP) on my firewall, the server still does not show up on the server list (to other players.)

I've used this troubleshooter:

And it hasn't helped

Any Ideas?

Clans, Matches, and Tournaments / Long Time Player Looking For A Good Clan

Hello Fellow DP2 Players,

I'm a semi-long time player of DP2, who used to play back in '04-'05 and i'm looking for a clan with Maturity, Respect, A fun-filled Community to offer, A well rounded amount of members, and a clan just looking for a good time from the game.

My current IGN is "the.SyNDiKaTE" and i'm slowly becoming re-addicted to the game, so I can be found playing pretty often at the moment.

Also looking for some suggestions, if anyone is willing, to supply me with good clans that are out there in DP2.
