If you read the "intercoursein" forum a little closer, the people you mention, had a chance to put in their application, just like everyone else. If they did ( I didn't read every "intercoursein" application), then they are among the people being considered right now.
Sorry for the sarcasm but I laughed out loud when I decyphered your post. Your concerns on multi accounts are addressed on several threads, also. Reasoning on why they are not allowed is provided, too.

Thanks for the servers all these years GT. When I started playing I used them all the time. I totally understand. It's tough to financially support something you don't take part in much anymore. I have closed down servers from other endeavors for the same reason.

I think this is actually detectable). Therefore it is pointless to report people. We have already seen that ratbots are not viable in most cases.
I remember some Quake2 mods had ratbot protection. I wasn't involved much with servers and such back then so I have no idea how it was deployed on the server.

I voted against the grace period. We all agree to the EULA when we install the game. There in big letters, it says "DO NOT CHEAT". First offense bans, of 32 days, is a privilege that Jits has allowed. It gives a cheater time to think and maybe come back and play fairly. Other games ban for good.
