 Automag --6.2 (375 balls/min) --0.90
More of a long distance vs short distance, no?
Carbine could be used when the enemies far (and by snipers). While the Automag could be used in close quarters (and by sprayers). Or it could just be personal preference.
as for pgp, thats the best AND the worst gun, depending on whos using it o.O

I dreamt about paintball a few nights ago, and the strange thing is there were mortars.
They could be carried instead of a normal gun, but the only way to shoot with them is sitting on the ground. You cannot shoot with it while moving, and you have to pack/unpack before shooting/carrying it to another place (much like trebuchets in Age of Empires 2, if you know what I mean). Its weight also disables you to move fast or jump high.
It shoots several paintballs at the same time, and has a superb accuracy.

A disadvantage may be that it encourages camping.
theres a chance mortars MIGHT (as in, a horridly low chance, but dreamers dream, afterall) but it should use at least 75 or so paintballs a shot, and a long time to even get the mortar working, along with a long time to take down and the inability to move (not a gun, but a secondary weapon, like grenades) but since mortars have a high trajectory, it would probably just end up bouncing off ceilings both visible and invisible, most likely tkilling half a team -.-.
btw, its ammo should probably just be a single, long range paintball.

i say maps to make koth and pong more popular, theres only a few maps i know of that ive played pong on, anthills (somewhat repetitive in design though) and soccer1 i think (flat land..... who would want to play pong on that? D:) and a few others i dont remember, ones called bigarena i think

I was thinking something more along the line of pure black jpg pictures slapped on the players back, so they wouldn't get shot from behind as easily.(not to mention they might put anything they want on it, anything) and if he means the entire jersey, i can imagine hey many blues would be red and vice versa o.o.  though it would be funny seeing a purple in a red vs blue game :P (and i agree with nopyos idea)

i cant really say what my favorite is cause they all are good in one way or another, mainly in how many people there are, razzle for example, should hold moderate size groups (large: overtime and chaotic, small: very short game) small maps should hold four of so player dms (for instance, dome, ever play it with a large group? x.x) i guess you get my point (this is just my opinion)

this might not have anything to do with it, but it might.
ive been on that map before, the only way to get more paintballs is to die, or to go obs then to a team. (it isnt a normal paintball map, its not for shooting, its more like an obstacle course, theres still use for the paintballs though(antigrav+shooting=ftw  :P)

id say anubis is my favorite, ub rooftops quite interesting, and shock, or is it spark? i cant remember, i think its spark, anyway, its the one that looks like a skate park (sliding under the ramps and shooting campers in the face, ftw :P). and razzle is my least favorite, everyone loves it, everyone votes it, making it overplayed,  :( (also since in big groups neither team scores a point till long after the timers out, it goes into overtime, what seems like hundreds of times)

id have to disagree with a camp timer, ive played with it in another game and any time i tried to snipe itd go off on me at the worst times, how bout a camp timer that only goes off when the enemys camping in your spawn point?(anubis has plenty of this -.-') or at the least, the option for the server owner to specify stuff about it (on/off, spawn camping, the time for it to go off etc)

i dont necessarily agree with better quality trees (could have an option to turn them on/off though) but i really agree with having a little more greenery,at least the quality of the current tree (read as, i want to hide behind bushes :-p)
