That's what I've done to help.

It's not jitspoes fault, but wasn't help offered MANY times? Why is it turned down? Dp's gameplay is unique, something different. I always come back to this game.

The problem is:

The feature votes. They never get touched and just sit there. Our opinions are ignored. I personally think jitspoe should have more than just him working on this game if there's ever going to be anything great coming from it.

A random tie vote feature WOULD be nice, if the game wasn't inactive. Pub's don't count. Or maybe if jitspoe let a few other people help with development and advertising. Because even if it were to get implemented, People would still leave if it was some TIEMAP they didn't like or play. And the only way to solve that problem would to enable a stats page maybe in-game that players could check. Like a win/loss record and what not. But nothing's obviously going to happen since most of the excrementt on that Feature votes list is still sitting there, after 3+ years.

Didnt bother to even look at the dm2 file. But I think I know from reading what's going on. This happened to me too, just by throwing nades around. I asked someone wth was going on. They responded with, "It's set for No Explode", Or something like that. I dont know what setting it is, I forget, but basically in the server, we had 10 ammo and weren't able to shoot paint, it shot, but no paint. So apparently whatever disables the gun from shooting paint, disables the nade as well. I think.

On unrated's Pub. Map was Shock.bsp, and the time was 2:06 am EST.

Hate to see this happen, especially at the rate dp is on.

Where do you have the game installed?  If you installed it to something like "Program Files", it will likely have issues on Windows 7.

I had/have it installed in c:/.

i think capo, you need to redownload the config or redownload dp...

Ill give  u the config flie but im not at my comp atm.

Correct. I deleted dp once, to try and fix this problem, but kept maps and what not, but nothing changed. 2 days ago, I deleted dp again, and all of my files, Including configs and what not, Reinstalled, and viola. It works now. Strange, My config or something might of been bugged.

It's my computer... so yes, i have admin privledges. I can even run the game as administrator if that is what you are talking about. The game is installed in C:/Games. [=

Be sure, that the game not run if you change something in the file.

What about changes in the setup menus? Do they work?

lol, Nope. Nada. It work's when I do it, but than when I close out of dp, and play like, an hour later, it goes back to the settings it was before, and not the settings I entered.

No, As in... Opening up Config.cfg, typing something in, and than saving it.

I would delete that folder and get one from someone else. Yours seems to be bugged.

Suggestion: look and see if the file properties for config.cfg are set to "read only" if so, than you're a stupid donkey

Hello. I'm having issue's with scripts, and commands like "sensitivity #" saving in my configs. If I do it manually, or in console... it doesn't save. I've even tried "seta" before each command that I input. I have to re-do my settings everytime I re-enter dp...Fail. Never had this problem until now.

On window's 7.

Your best bet is probably the clipping plane tool.  Shift+right click and you can plot down up to 3 points for a plane.  Just start off with a big block, then slice off the angles you want to be hills.
