Server Discussion / problem creating server

I have created a server, I enter the password:
loading smith and when I get on the map, I put:
"username" does not Have a global login account.
You need a global login account to play on this server.
"username" Was kiked
Where you kiked from the game!
However, I created an account.
message is so is not very understandable, I'm french
