when I'm making my map tailbrushes come up all the time... its starting to tick me off... I want it to stop please help me

ok, and also it still wont let me do it 
ive got the right address and all stuff u told me but it still isnt going right. it says either you have not entered registration information or your registratoin information is invalid and i typed wut u sayed and i also typed the find button on address

and also i had my server working before i deleted all of that stuff so thats why i think it had a problem

i think it has something to do with deleting to the game when i had to reset computer LOTS OF TIMES so i deleted alot of stuff! i delted server.cfg is that a problem. buuut i also reinstalled the game
