There is no such thing as a points divergence, only a 'wins' divergence.
For example,
Let x = number of points for win
team A wins 2 matches = 2*x points
team b wins 1 match = x points
point "divergence" is measured in ratio of points, rather than absolute difference in points
team_A_points/ team_B_points = 2*x/x = 2 = team_A_wins/team_B_wins
Another way of saying this is
No matter what the value of x is, team B only needs to win one more match to equal team A's points.
Ofcourse, there are aesthetic reasons for chosing 2. We wouldn't award 10000000000000000000000000 points for a win, now that would be silly!

This was one of the smoothest running tournaments I've played in, huge well done for getting everyone together to play- should we have another one in a few weeks?

It is difficult to do since how do you know that you aren't deleting some kind of history for somebody? Personally I care more for preserving history than for reserving the names that other people have taken.

Hey, I had this idea of making short factual story videos of interesting stories from digital paint history. I'm sure there have been some fantastic rivalries and stories and I don't want them to be forgotten.
The videos would be in the style of Jon Bois' 'Pretty Good' series on Youtube (I would highly recommend watching his stuff).
Can anyone think of cool stories? Please suggest some.
I'm sure with all the demos and forums out there, there is plenty of content to cover

P.S. first episode: origins of digital paintball? wasn't there some drama there with Jitspoe and Calrathan and the other original devs who split into two development teams? I think I read that somewhere...
