"flags can only be "u" or "s"

and my nick doesnt work in match ?

Hi, i am a brazilian boy, i dont speak english very wel.. then...

I have a Clan Fear Factory, but i want to know, how i change the font and color of my name in the game.
i open console press ' and typed funame, but i dont know how change. please...help me!
