This are the main issues. No matter how we worked around it someone is getting screwed.

The real QeHs is : leader : Gmaster , lekky , blaa , sphinx
main squad: heyneken , magalhaes, playah , criminal,......
So there is a problem.
I think Jitspoe can looks ip who connected to sphinx , blaa , lekky and gmaster account. because they were leader , only them can change the roster.
