I already set grenadeffire 0, yet I still die from my own paint grenades.

Yeah it's "cvar_set nokills 1" but I don't know how to turn it off. I tried cvar_set nokills 0 and cvar_set kills 1.

I have two questions:
1. What is the line I put in my server configs for not dieing with my own nades? (Throw a nade and not kill myself)
2. What is the line I put in my server configs where when you get shot, you get a boost and not get killed? (For jump maps)

I'm also getting alot of lag problems with my server.
I'm getting like 1-15 ping, while everyone else is getting 200+ they all keep complaining about it and I need help lowering it. I have a 2 gig RAM and I'm connected directly to the router/cable modem and I also closed everything not needed. =l

Yeah, I saw that in the guide somewhere... but as I said, it kept crashing on us until I finally adjusted it myself.

Alright, I changed the amount of nades and it works now, I guess it was automatically set at a high number or something.  Thanks for your help everyone<3

There are no bots, and whatever the nades are set at in the beginning, I haven't changed the amount of nades.

Yeah I got it, thanks. I use my LAN IP to connect and others use my External IP to connect.  I've made a new topic on my next problem at http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?topic=7120.0

We've tried midnight first, then grave.
They both loaded, but when it counts down from 30 (or whatever) to start the match, the server crashes at 0.

We've just tested the first map AND another map, they both crashed.
What is "Server crashed: Game Error: ED_Alloc: no free edicts" supposed to mean?

Okay, I got my server to start and other people can join, however, when the game STARTS the server crashes.
"Server crashed: Game Error: ED_Alloc: no free edicts" comes up on the console.

When I use my External IP, it won't let me go into the server.
It repeats "Connecting to 24.229.167.139:27910 | NET_GetPacket: WSAECONNRESET FROM (IP)"
When you Port Forward, you use your LAN IP, correct? I do not see where to Port Forward with my External IP.

I used the "DMZ" feature, if that helps.

Hello, I'm trying to make a private server (for matches and stuff) but I need some help.  I can connect to the game using my Static IP address, followed by the port (192.168.2.136:27910), but others cannot join. I was wondering if I'm using the correct IP. I know not to use my LAN IP (192.168.2.2:27910).

So, do you use your Static IP to connect to a server? "connect 192.168.2.136:27910"

I forgot to mention that I'm on a router.
