ref_gl version: PB2GL 0.18

You need PB2GL 0.21, I think that that yossarianuk dude had this problem. You need the build21_full_pretest1 tar.

Where do I find PB2GL 0.21?  I´m having a similar issue...¨Received signal 11, exiting.¨  Whatever that means...
