Server Discussion / The End of an Era (Graffiti Taggez)

Well I am sadden to announce the close of the [GT] clan servers this will be  including  the Vent server also. We had a great run of 6 yrs with the servers and hope everyone had a good time but with most of the clan members being to busy with real life the clan has stop playing together.

The server was opened in a time when the choices for a game server was almost nonexistent.  [GT] hopes that we helped contribute to the game and that the  remaining  clan servers remain available for all to enjoy.

Again Thanks to all who have supported us.

i put this on the cheater reports and bans forum not looking at this forum section lol my badd but hope this helps:


i noticed that SURPRISE has a 1 month ban, also that he is good friends with kaspa and aidz.  another one of SURPRISE's account names is on3. look at the clan bi3 and you'll notice that kaspa and aidz are leaders along with HULK1994. hulk's 2nd name on his profile is 0n3. so im guessing surprise made a 2nd account?

CamperCamper had same ip as surprise , and if surprise is banned then how is campercamper connecting to server to play, so if he can connect to play then so can surprise?

campercamper said he was surprise's son?

hulk said he was campercampers son?


look at my old and new SS and read.

Also ip check on 201.19.*.*  only shows those three names and/or their other regestered nicks.

With a Bios upgrade windows has to be reinstalled correct? If you have your drive imaged could you use that after a bios update or not?

Well I was having an issue but have resolved it, However I'll go ahead and post the problem and the fix I found after hours of trying to fix it. This may help someone else.


My external hard drive which works off USB stopped working or should I say stop being  recognized when I connected it , it said device unknown and not recognized or something like that. This happened after an update so I tried to uninstall what I had installed but that didn't work. By the way it works on my other PC.

Here's most of the stuff I've tried to do to fix it, but didn't work:

Uninstall USB Drivers, then reinstall ( Good thing I keep a ps2 mouse and KB around)

Repair from Boot CD ( Later did a complete fresh reinstall which was supposedly another fix for this LOL total BS)

Uninstall/Reinstall device drivers (like this was going to work, but it was worth a shot)

Unplug computer for an hour (  Again I knew this was not likely to work , but someone said it worked for them.)

Try different USB ports (Just in case)

Smack it , knocked it , Smack it again (Was about to drop kick it... LOL)

Delete all USB VID_ entries in the registry (they reinstall on start up, and this is supposedly the fix for mass storage devices according to Microsoft. YEAH RIGHT)

A really long and pointless list of commands in CMD that Microsoft said should fix it.(YEAH RIGHT  AGAIN)

Left it alone for most of the  day, then tried again later (It helps to clear your thoughts.)

After removing and reinstalling all that, I figured out that the USB2 Enhanced host controller was the problem.

I had always had  an unknown PCI device in the device manager but I guess the update installed drivers for it , it was the PCI to USB controller.  I disabled it in properties and all of a sudden my computer recognized my USB hard drive.

 Glad I found it I was about to try a BIOS upgrade and then I would have to reinstall windows.

The demo I have doesn't show the speed hacking but it does show him talking to me about cheating and that he is sorry and please don't ban him.

Also campercamper said that surprise is his dad?

 I think induner(INDUNE REMAKE) or indunet (INDUNE TELEPORT) no underscore .

 May be you should have gotten with all the other server admins on this first?  Because the players will now have different map versions because the map and name are different.

I  think that reserved slots that require a password would be a good thing. The server admins could have these slots open for them and/or clan members , for example the server is set to 14 players , if the server is full then  I could  connect to my server. Also this would allow clan members to join their clans servers, in the past we had our servers set to 14/16 players what would happen was there would be 16 ppl on one server and 2 on the other so we started expanding the numbers so the 2 left out could join.Now if we had reserved slots for clan members to join that wouldn't happen. Also it seams that people like joining a 20+ player game. I guess what I am saying is if your clan has a server and you support that server shouldn't you be able to join and use it?
