Cheater Reports and Bans / Floating hack

  Been a long time... So, there i was, 2:11, playin on Qehs Beginner Pub (which one i cant tell) when i saw this guy speekhacking... Went observer, started to record him but he probably lost control of the thing cuz all he was doing now was floating. He firstly was newbie but he changed his name right before leaving.

  There, where do I get the reward?
