I've never raged on dp. Why would I if I play good and only who is loosing the game is russian Squeeze who is getting capped 20points everytime he is 1vs3.

I see something else behind this rule. Many people in dp are legging meanwhile you have no legs on your servers. So it's like you want them lose their match just cuz one timeout.
