Cheater Reports and Bans / gtu hacking?

I was on a GT server today at around 7am and someone called #gtu had a sufficient ammount of kills. So I decided to record him, the demo is around 4 mins long because thats when I joined and he left the server after so I hope this is enough evidence. If not then someone else might want to keep an eye out for him in the future:

I'e got a question! Will the global ban list be for all builds because if not then surely hackers can just play like build 14 still and get away with it? Or is there gonna be some way everyone can all play on one build?

Finally! Me and jits have figured out what has happened! It's a long story... Basically my bro has been using my computer and had been hacking through Q2 and so it came up on Pb when my bro was on. Im so happy with myself, and annoyed with my brother (>^.^)>

I never hacked twice! Cant you unterstand that! I is impossible for me to have hacked twice because I've only used it once! It is no longer on my compyter! And the reason I have to shout every scentence is because you not going to listen to me otherwise!!! FFS!!!

I've never even heard of a Dynamic IP Address so unless its on my computer without my knowing then the chances are I dont have one. So many people have hacked before and not been banned such as COCO!

Yes I did cheat, ONCE! But I swear on my life it wasn't me then, I've only used a wallhack ONCE and that was when I was caught!

OMFG! I deleted the hack the day I was caught! Whoever you think was hacking wasn't me! That's not even my IP address! I checked it on www.whatismyipaddress.com! That wasn't me! Jitspoe, you have the wrong guy!

Ok, I had the hack link given to me by my mate at school who I do fun matches with on Q2. The link too me to site called ***NAME REMOVED***. I know there is no way of showing you that I have deleted the hack but you have to believe me, if I had kept it and I WAS caught I wouldn't want to risk permanent ban so you've gotta believe me on this one. But thatnks for not banning me (at the moment). (^.^) and I have no idea who the "Dancing Kirby" guy is.

Alright! Ill be honest... I did get a hack from an anonymous site but it wasn't intended for Pb it was for Q2. I heard from a friend that it may work on Pb so I tried it on a server with not many good people (except Tox). It worked but I was caught ;( . Anyway, sorry for taking advantage of Pb and I've deleted the file so don't worry. Besides I only used it once and it wasn't that clear so aswell as giving my computer a virus (Trojan Horse) I've now had to reformat it... Sorry, this won't happen again!

Lol, yeah! You can tell their bots coz of the way their running in the shot and how they all have high ping around the same number and yours is mega low! Plus i've never seen any of those players around before so it has to be a bot match? But i could be wrong...
