I have a problem with dp it instantly crashes when opened can anyone help this is the problem

This tourney will be held on Saturday at 1 pm Eastern Time.
It will be a 3v3 CTF Double elimination Tourney.
8 - 12 Teams are allowed to signup. If we can we will either use CC or cN servers. Americans and Europeans can sign up but we are only using American servers   :P.
Date: 06.26.10
Time: 1 PM EST
Maplist: nml, sassault4_b2, pbcup_pforest, roanoke_b2, zpar11_beta, propaint1, and pbcup_sassault You are able to eliminate maps.
Format: 3v3
Registered Teams: Old School Ballers and Almost Ninja.

in Germany and in US.
I am wanting to run both kinds of servers Euro and North American thats wat i want.
That way both sides can play on these servers with low pings.
In the US i want the servers held in Chicago, Illinois.
I also want some servers in Germany.
