In order to find out people IP adresses, you must type listuserip in the console, it will list their IP's and u can ban them using that info

yes i did i went to the console and typed in
exec server.cfg
and it said
"only public dedicatedr use masters"
and i Am using a ded server

i edited the passes for my ded servers in the the server.cfg file, but when ever i login using the passes it willl say "bad passwrod" although i put the right pass in.
can anyone help?
