A few notes for you and pretty much any new mapper:
1) Make sure the map name you are using does not already exist. If you look at
http://dpball.com/files/maps/ you'll see that there is already a warehouse.bsp up there.
2) In most cases, the first map (and often the first 3 or 4 maps) made should not be publically released. It's fine to post them on the forum to get feedback, but they shouldn't be put in server rotations or put up on a main downloads page. No offense, but nearly everybody's first map is pretty crappy.
3) Always,
always release the map as a beta first, and name it as such, (ie: mymap_beta1.bsp). It doesn't matter how good of a mapper you are, there will always be something that needs to be fixed. It could be a small, misaligned texture, or an incorrect spawn point, but inevitably, there will be something that needs tweaking.
On to the map itself:
It appears as though there's only one spawn point on each side with no teamnumber set. I tried it with some bots and everyone spawned in the same place. This is obviously not a good thing.
The map is very small, and could not possibly work well for 10 players as your mapinfo suggests (not to mention the lack of spawn points and equipment). The stairs are... floating.
Anyway, as DT mentioned, you do have potential as a mapper. If you put more time and effort into it, you could probably make something pretty nice. It might be a good idea to play the game a bit more so you have a better feel for what works and what doesn't in a map.
