start new game problems.?

when i start a new game it says new version avalible http/www.digitalpaint.org and it wasent doing dat to me when i had build 19; also i cant chang my name anymore? please if u have an answer tell me.

umm i need help cuz wen i want to sign it it take long time and then wen i hit cancel to go in to the server nothin pops up and it say ***ERROR:   NET_SendPacket  ERROR: WSAEACESS to 00000000:000000000000:27910 and it keeps doing that HELLP ME PLZ ???
