This would allow the sounds key in the worldspawn to play a wav file (or ogg with ogg support) from the hard disk as music for a level, meaning no target_speakers are required.

Yes, very good as you wouldn't have to be at a certain part of the level for it to play the music. +1

Would probably help if you put OGG as a dependancy, because wav files get pretty chunky at reasonable quality.
