make a local lan battle with employees of my work force.

hi i need to know how to setup a local battle for my workforce.  i tried hosting a game but the other computers doesn't seem to find the game.  all i get are all the internet servers available.  please help

You should just be able to start a new game, then from the other computers, hit clear then refresh on the server browser.

see ive tried that too.  it doesn't work.  does it have something to do with wireless?  see im the network admin and computer specialist.  ive got the wpa enabled and mac address filtering.  the computer im hosting off of is my main pc and im trying to connect from my wireless laptop to see if that was possible.  ill give another computer a shot with hardwire connection.

If you know the IP, you can manually connect by typing "connect <ip>" at the console.
