server says...when i try to start it up?

When i double click on my server shortcut it brings up a black screen/console and when this comes up i see that it says { map list load failed: could not open pball/configs/myrotation.txt} why does it say this and if you know please please help me. :)

is the file myrotation.txt in your /paintball2/pball/configs/ folder?

Is there anytthing in that file?

Well i finally got my server running and now when i go into it on the server list it says {new versions available:http://www.digitalpaint.org} can someone please help me with this???

What build do you have? You should have b20 at least. You can download build21 from here http://digitalpaint.planetquake.gamespy.com/files/

yea i have build 21 i dont know why it says that when i try to play my server
  is there like a map pack or something i have to download to get it to work?

No.  Did you install build 21 a different way?  Also post all your stuff about your server in the same thread so we can keep track of where you are at and help you.

K guys i got it my server is runnin but i have another problem now when i start it up and try to play it, it says this{new version available: http://digitalpaint.org} and i already have the latest build. so if anyone knows why this is please help me.
