Have the ability for an empty server to automagically change its map.
I see this as a great feature: if the server is stuck on a stale map that no one wants to play, after a certain amount of time different from standard game length, the server could load the next map on the maplist.
I believe that this would get more people to play on servers that would normally avoid servers that have a bad map running.
yes, I know that if you join a server after a certain amount of time the map will change, but then you don't know what the map being changed to will be.
