Having a few problems

Whenever i try to play demos or start a new game it doesnt work. I get a message like this ERROR: Game Error: Failed to bind socket (10022).
 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The search does wonders. It's not just there for looks.

However, a good solution seems to be to type in 'set public 0' before starting a game.
