Order Wii's Online?
« on: April 03, 2008, 09:32:59 PM »
Normally I wouldn't get a console, but my sister wants one, and I don't really want to mess with paying $150 to ship something or whatever outrageous price it is these days (exaggerated, I know, but I did pay $16 to ship a stupid shirt).  I'd like to just order one online and have it shipped directly.  Any place I can do that from that has reasonable prices?

What's keeping you from buying locally? No shipping costs there. (Except for markup, etc. But online stores have that too.)

I'd have to buy it, then ship it.

What's your budget? http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5303671#components :P
Good God, you could get a real gaming machine for that much.  Not some dinky thing with 4 megs of memory.  I thought the main selling point of a wii was its affordability.

the main selling point of a wii is that its using a new revolutionary type of controller.  well atleast i would think so...wii's are completely not worth it anyway unless your 9 years old and have rich parents..and your bored.

though mario galaxy owns.

Gyro mice have been out for a while.  Regular mice work better. :P

I use a gyro moue in the conference room. Great for presentations, not for the regular desktop.
