IRC server connection issues

yeah.. bling here, not at home comp.. wont be for a while.. using the 1 at school... having some irc issues..keeps saying network is unavailable/unreachable.. any thoughts?

Also.. message me server links for pb2.. i downloaded it on cpu and the server list is messed.. cya

IRC ports are probably blocked because trojans frequently use IRC as a means to compromise someone's machine.  As for a list of servers, you should be able to get it from within the game, but: http://dpball.com/serverlist.php
