when i login on my computer at home it does not work when i login with my wii or my school computer it does work please help someone.

i do use my password but i can only login with my school computer or my wii im wondering if it's a bug or something. and i was trying to be more specific because i thought it was hard to understand what my problem was.

what happens when you type in your username? Does it come up with your player number? If so, what happens when you type in your password? copy and paste it in or quote it.
