Black Screen

HELP!!!!
When I start paintball 2 the only thing I get is a black screen. If anyone can help please reply here or send an email to ramblerblake@hotmail.com. Thank You!

What is OS version?
I downloaded the version for microsoft (which works on computers exactly like mine)
How do I find the video card?
Sorry I dont know anything more I'm not that good with computers yet :-\

What operating system you are running on.
What build of paintball2 are you using? If you downloaded it very recently the chances are that you are using build 21

Yea I think so because everything else is good to go so not being able to see anything after the game loads might be because of the video card. Just a guess but I dont use that computer anymore.
