I managed to get KeyGrip downladed, so i followed the steps,

Here is my console in paintball 2 after clicking connect

execing configs/kg2demo.cfg

As far as I know, Xile is the only person to get KeyGrip working with Paintball 2.   But he soon abused this power, and sped up demos of everyone, and the speedhacker threads became so abundant, Xile was trapped in a giant ruby and transported to KnacK's barn where he rests today.  Again, that's as far as I know.  It's probably 50% rumor, 50% truth.

There's some cvar that sets the name of the window. It has to be 'Quake 2' for Keygrip to work correctly.

I was able to get some keygrip stuff to work out once, but that was a long time ago.

I got it to work. You have to add +set port 27915 (or anything) in Preferences then. Change the demo server port to 27914.
