Server Browser does not show all the servers

I have recently tried to update to build 23, and failed. today when i go to the server browser, it does not show most of the OTB servers (such as OTB speed) in the server browser,  but it does show them in-game. Help please :o

Do they show up in-game if you clear and reload the server list?  Sounds like they may have fallen off of the master server list for some reason (they get cached in-game but not on the server browser).

Yes they still show up in game
