What is going on?

Was dead and viewing another player (Haxor) and saw his ammo count going crazy, was wondering if someone could explain it?

I'm guessing he typed "speedometer" in the console and it's showing his speed.

Ah okay, Wasn't sure that came up in the ammo section.  I'll have to try that sometime.  Thx
